Shipping Policy

Kin Ping Limited ships home goods and small household products to addresses within the served regions. All orders are processed within 2 business days. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the destination. A tracking number is provided via email to [email protected] once the order ships. Kin Ping Limited is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.

Returns Policy

Kin Ping Limited offers a return window of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The 14-day period is absolute. No return request is accepted after the 14th day.

Conditions for Return

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories attached. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for refund.

Non‑returnable Items

Custom orders, perishable goods, and personal care items are final sale. Gift cards are non‑refundable.

Return Shipping Cost

The buyer bears all return shipping costs. Kin Ping Limited does not provide prepaid labels or reimburse return postage. The buyer must use a trackable shipping method. Kin Ping Limited is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after Kin Ping Limited receives and inspects the returned item. The refund amount is credited to the original payment method.

PayPal refunds: The minimum processing time for PayPal refunds is 14 calendar days from the date Kin Ping Limited initiates the refund. For jurisdictions where local law requires a longer period, the refund is completed within 30 calendar days. Kin Ping Limited complies with all local legal requirements for PayPal transactions.

The refund amount reflects the purchase price of the returned product. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Refund Process Flow

Step 1 – Initiate Return
Within 14 days of delivery, log into your account on wd10.watchhousesale.com and submit a return request. Include the order number, the product name, and the reason for return. Alternatively, send an email to [email protected] with the same information.

Step 2 – Receive Return Authorization
Kin Ping Limited reviews the request and sends a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days. No return is accepted without a valid RAN.

Step 3 – Pack and Ship
Place the product in its original packaging. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the parcel. Ship the parcel to 20/F, Tower 1, Kowloon Commerce Centre, 51 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Chung using a trackable carrier. The buyer pays all shipping fees. Keep the tracking number and shipping receipt.

Step 4 – Inspection
After the parcel arrives at 20/F, Tower 1, Kowloon Commerce Centre, 51 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Chung, Kin Ping Limited inspects the product within 5 business days. The product must meet the unused condition requirement.

Step 5 – Refund Execution
If the inspection passes, Kin Ping Limited issues a refund to the original payment method. The refund appears in the buyer’s account within 14 business days for credit cards and other methods. For PayPal payments, the refund is initiated within 14 business days, and PayPal’s processing time adds at least 14 calendar days. Buyers in jurisdictions requiring a 30‑day PayPal refund period receive the funds no later than 30 calendar days after refund initiation.

Step 6 – Refund Confirmation
Kin Ping Limited sends a confirmation email to [email protected] once the refund is completed. If the buyer does not see the refund after the stated period, contact [email protected] or call +852 5112 7709.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not appeared after 14 business days (or 30 calendar days for PayPal in certain jurisdictions), first check the payment provider’s account statement. Then contact Kin Ping Limited at [email protected] with the order number and RAN.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase without charge. After 2 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled. A cancelled order that has not yet shipped is refunded within 7 business days.
